Return Policy and Procedure

Cosmetic Galleria will accept returns or exchanges of qualified and conforming products within 30 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise specified in the item listing, receipt, packing slip, or terms provided below. Items purchased from Cosmetic Galleria may be returned to the originating warehouse, provided they meet the guidelines outlined below. Please be aware that not all products qualify for return. Guidelines

Merchandise can be returned to Cosmetic Galleria within 30 days by sending it to our originating warehouse, which is the same location from where the product was originally dispatched. All returned items must be in their original state with all accessories included. A credit for your purchase will be issued only if the return meets the following criteria. Please be aware that we do not provide exchanges for merchandise.

  1. Products must be undamaged and without any defects, such as dents, scratches, cracks, signs of misuse, defacement, or evidence of tampering, including removed screws/fasteners or seals.
  2. The product's serial number or any similar identifiers must correspond with the serial number on the package or invoice, as Cosmetic Galleria tracks these numbers.
  3. Products must be sent back in the original manufacturer's packaging and must be securely packaged.

NOTE: All returned items will be subject to a detailed inspection to verify that they satisfy eligibility and compliance standards. The return procedure can be expected to take between 5 to 10 business days starting from the receipt of your product.

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Some manufacturers have implemented return restrictions, preventing Cosmetic Galleria from accepting returns or offering exchanges, replacements, or credits for their products. You can find the contact details for the manufacturer or supplier in your product manual, on the item listing, or on the manufacturer's official website.

30-Day Return Period

Our products are eligible for refunds within thirty days of the purchase date, except for certain exceptions listed below. Items must have the original Universal Product Code (UPC) to qualify for a return. Additionally, products should retain an intact and unaltered security seal. For damaged or defective items, please see the specific details provided below:

  1. Unwanted Returns Products returned without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returned items must be in an unused condition
  2. Refused Delivery Returns categorized as "Unwanted Returns" will incur a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs resulting from the refusal of delivery. A store credit will be issued, deducting the 20% restocking fee from the merchandise value, as well as the shipping and handling fees from both directions
  3. Defective Items Customers are required to return merchandise at their own expense within 15 days from the delivery date, provided they have obtained a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an exchange is not requested at the time of RMA issuance, an automatic store credit will be issued once the merchandise is received back at the Cosmetic Galleria return center

Returns received at our warehouse beyond 30 days from the original merchandise receipt date will be sent back to the Customer at their expense. The warranty becomes void if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals are removed, altered, or tampered with. Additionally, the warranty is nullified in cases of mishandling, improper use, or defacement of the product.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A fee will be charged for any product returned without the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and manuals, as this indicates the product is not in "like new" condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

Returning an item by mail that is damaged, defective, or incorrect will result in a store credit. With this credit, you may choose to purchase a replacement item online.

Damaged Items (during shipping):

Please note that in the event an item is damaged during shipping, Cosmetic Galleria or our affiliate is required to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier and adhere to the carrier's policies before we are able to provide an exchange, credit, or refund.

  1. In the event that a package is received damaged, it is crucial to inform Cosmetic Galleria within five business days of the delivery date. Should a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) be sent to Cosmetic Galleria at the customer's expense, and it arrives damaged, the customer, as the sender, will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  2. Cosmetic Galleria will hold the returned item for up to 10 business days, which is equivalent to two weeks, for carrier inspection that the customer must organize.

Customers must preserve all original packaging for a carrier claim and inspection, which Cosmetic Galleria or our affiliate will initiate upon being notified of any damage to your shipment. It is crucial that you, the customer or purchaser, keep the original shipping box, including the carrier's shipping label and the original tracking number.

After arranging a damage pickup with Cosmetic Galleria, the carriers will generally make three attempts to retrieve the damaged package from the customer's location for inspection. It is imperative that the customer prepares the item for collection on the next day, which is when the first attempt will be made.

It is important to note that customers cannot file a claim directly with the carrier, as Cosmetic Galleria or our affiliate is the official shipper. Customers must notify Cosmetic Galleria of any damage to an item within the time frames previously mentioned.

Once the carrier approves the claim, an exchange, credit, or refund will be issued. Please note that processing a Damage Claim can take at least 14 business days for the carrier to complete.

Non-qualified returns and Restocking Charges

Cosmetic Galleria's return policy does not cover returns that are non-qualified or non-conforming. Should such returns be received, they may either be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on Cosmetic Galleria's discretion.

Shipping Policy

  1. Exception Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
  2. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed (i.e. payment is processed successfully).

NOTE: Orders that need to be shipped from overseas (vendors located outside the USA) may take between 10-15 business days for delivery. For assistance, please contact our support desk.
